Common questions
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, then open Pick, choose any picture or piece count marked Plus and tap Start. The Snugtrail Plus sheet opens; tap Restore purchases at the bottom of it. Snugtrail Plus and any picture packs you own come back right away. If you use Family Sharing, the family organizer's subscription is shared automatically.
How do I cancel Snugtrail Plus?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone or iPad open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Snugtrail and tap Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends and you won't be charged again. You keep Plus until the period runs out. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds ourselves, but email us if something went wrong and we'll help sort it out.
What's free and what needs Plus?
Weekly leagues, the first two trail sections, a free picture every day, and puzzles up to 196 pieces are always free. Snugtrail Plus adds the whole picture library, every trail section, and the biggest puzzles. Picture packs are one-time purchases. Nothing you can buy makes a league puzzle easier.
How does the Kids profile work?
A grown-up switches to the Kids profile with the profile button at the top of the screen. Kids get big chunky pieces, friendly pictures, no timers, no scores, and no purchases or links out of the app. Switching back to a grown-up profile needs a grown-up. A grown-up can set a daily play limit and quiet hours for the Kids profile under Me → Family → Screen time. Time counts only while a puzzle is actually open on the Play tab, and at the limit (or in quiet hours) Tuck shows a friendly stop screen rather than the board. The settings stay on the device.
How do I delete my account?
In the app go to Me → Settings → Delete account, tick the confirmation and tap Delete my account. This removes your account and its data: puzzle progress, trail position, league results, badges, your collection, and every Kids profile and sticker book under it. It cannot be undone. You can also email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; manage that in your Apple Account settings.
My progress didn't sync to my other device.
Progress syncs through your Snugtrail account. Make sure both devices are signed in with the same Apple Account (Me → Settings), open the app on the device you played on last so it can save, then open it on the other device. If it still doesn't match, email us with both device names.
I got a notification I didn't want.
Snugtrail sends one notification a day at most about boosts, streaks and reminders, plus your league result when a week ends. Grown-ups with a Kids profile can also get a note when a kid finishes a puzzle (a few a day at most, or one evening recap on busy days). Turn them all off under Me → Settings → Notifications, or in your device's Settings app under Notifications.
