Terms of use

These terms are between you and Crater Ink Studios LLC ("we"), the maker of Snugtrail. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app from the App Store.

  1. Using Snugtrail. You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Don't cheat in leagues, tamper with scores, or misuse other players' names or tokens. We may remove scores or suspend accounts that break these rules.
  2. Snugtrail Plus.
    • Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, billed by Apple monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($29.99) in the US; prices may vary by country.
    • New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, you're charged for the plan you chose.
    • The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
    • Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
  3. Picture packs are one-time purchases that you keep for as long as the app offers them to your account.
  4. Prizes. Coins, stickers, badges and other rewards are earned in the game, have no cash value, and can't be sold or exchanged for money. League prizes that include days of Snugtrail Plus are described in the official league rules.
  5. Leagues. League placements depend on puzzle results. We may change league rules, tiers or schedules to keep them fair and fun. The full official league rules say who can enter, how placement is decided and what the prizes are.
  6. Your content and ours. The pictures, characters (including Tuck), and the app are owned by Crater Ink Studios LLC or its licensors.
  7. No warranty; limits. The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Snugtrail through the App Store in the past 12 months.
  8. Changes. We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
  9. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA.
